Return Policy

  • All products except for The Artist's Mini may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the original shipping delivery date.
  • Returned products must be in new and unused condition.  (A product cannot be returned if it exhibits any sign of use.)
  • Before returning a product, the customer must request a Return Authorization from adventuretoolcompany@yahoo.com.  (We cannot accept a return that hasn't received a Return Authorization.)
  • The customer returning the product is responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • The Artist's Mini is non-returnable/non-refundable.
