All products except for the ShopRoll/DeWALT Tool Bundle may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the shipping date.
Returned products must be in new condition. (A product cannot be returned if it exhibits any sign of use.)
Before returning a product, the customer must request a Return Authorization from AdventureToolCompany@yahoo.com. (We cannot accept a return that hasn't received a Return Authorization.)
The customer returning the product is responsible for the return shipping charges.
The ShopRoll/DeWALT Tool Bundle is non-returnable/non-refundable.
