Made in Colorado, U.S.A.
Built with the Highest Quality U.S.-Made Materials
Handmade in Colorado. The Rocky Mountain Recovery Bag provides quick access to your winch recovery equipment, the Rapid Access Handle opening the Bag in one (1) second. Everything you need, right there, stowed in individual pockets for quick visual acquisition. (To see just how quickly the Bag opens, please see this video. Those are some amazing zippers!) No need to sort through bags and bins in the back of your vehicle to find needed equipment. Simply pull the Rocky Mountain Recovery Bag from under or behind your seat, and you're ready to go. (Its tapered design makes it easy to stow in all sorts of small spaces.)
You know how it goes. You're driving down a slick road in bad weather, go around a curve, and up ahead there's a Subaru backasswards in a ditch. Being the good samaritan that you are, you stop to extract the vehicle. All you need to do? Pull your Rocky Mountain Recovery Bag from behind your seat, grab the red Rapid Access Handle and smoothly yank it open, remove a soft shackle and your gloves. Feed out your winch, connect to the Subaru's recovery point, winch in, then disconnect. Re-stow your gear, and both you and the Subi are on your way.
The Rocky Mountain Recovery Bag is built to be exceedingly tough and rugged. The entire exterior is made of 1680 ballistic nylon (or 1680 ballistic nylon + Premium Canvas.) The #10YKK zippers are extremely durable, yet open like a dream. The Blaze Orange 1000d lining provides a high-vis backdrop in low light conditions. The four attachment points on the exterior bottom allow you to attach the bag, using a carabiner, to molle panels, or to anything else, so that the Bag is easily accessible. Lifetime warranty.
(If you use straps for recoveries, please see the Recovery Bag. And if you use big ropes, please see the XL Gear Bag.)
